A Berwick Baroque musical celebration commemorates the life of Edinburgh musician, Francis Cowan (1940-1996) and features, Eric Thomas, archlute, Lucy Cowan, violin, Catherine Preston, flute, and vocalists Cameron Robertson & Kuniko Toda. Eric Thomas is an Edinburgh based lutenist who plays with leading ensembles including the Dunedin Consort, New Trinity Baroque, RSNO and Dame Emma Kirkby.  He has studied at the University of Glasgow, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and Urbino, Italy.
